I did Kundalini yoga a few years ago and it was wonderful. VERY helpful in getting the lower chakras spinning and aligning the uppers with the lowers. Gret series; keep it up!

Hello, Thank you for the classes. I am just wondering if you suggest going through all episodes everyday or staying with one episode for a period of time before moving on? I found some movements difficult to sustain, should I continue with that episode until it becomes easier?

You're welcome! These episodes are standalone practices, so you don't have to do them in order. I might suggest sticking with one class until it becomes easier, but there is no right or wrong way.

I really like how Guru Jagat explains the ways that the poses are working in the body. I also appreciate the more traditional approach- tuning in, chanting, singing at the end. Gaia has definitely been lacking legit kundalini classes, so this series is refreshing. MORE PLEASE~ Sat Nam

I have been asking for more Kundalini from Gaiam from a long time! I wanted classes where the teacher is more traditional. She tunes in and out, etc. More like this! The only thing I would suggest is to play more upbeat music when we are shaking or dancing. Perhaps some drums? There is a lot of Kundalini music like that. Thanks! I hope more classes are coming!

So thankful to have more Kundalini here and I have loved ALL of Guru Jagat's classes. I was about to cancel my membership because since Gaia took over My Yoga I wasn't getting new Kundalini. I have missed Gloria Latham and Zain Saraswati, but Guru Jagat has inspired me to keep my membership. I am here mostly for Kundalini Yoga. So thankful for the new teacher and her classes.
