I have been doing mat and reformer pilates in a studio for 10 years. My studio recently closed shop, and I needed to get back into Pilates shape. I tried this Express video with Mari. I think it was nicely paced for an experienced practitioner. I will look for other videos by Mari. If you are new to Pilates, you may want to try some other slower paced videos to start so that you get more time on the details of the moves. Thank you, Mari.

When doing the work outs , the video times out but audio keeps going . What is the cause of this ? It's so aggravating and impossible to learn the workout.

Great class for intermediates because of lack of instruction on breath and alignment. However, if you are practiced in the alignment and breath she gets a lot done in a short amount of time.

This is a good workout for your abs, but as far as a pilates practice goes, this does not measure up. Mari does not emphasize breath or precision, so if you are already intermediate or advanced in your pilates practice, you'll probably be fine with this workout. For others, I would recommend a beginner practice that teaches you how to do the movement properly before trying this video.
