I loved this video and I really feel my hamstrings and glutes working. Unfortunately it hurts my knees a little bit but I found ways to modify some moves. If anyone know of good glute exercises that don't compromise the knees, please let me know. Thanks!

I have been traveling a lot this year and have not had as much time to get to gym. I am so happy I found this workout. I have been doing this workout 3-5x/week in addition to whatever cardio I can get in. Keeps the thighs toned and feeling good!

I didn't love this workout at all. The pace was too fast to follow her continuous directions. I was getting lost and didn't finish it, and it's only 10 minutes! However, definitely feeling the ab burn for what I did do but with back injuries I felt the pace was too fast, not safe enough for me to complete.

Reminds me of and old Firm video. It was just perfect and I'm hurtin now. First one of her's I've done. Good patient souding voice; giving you plenty of time to figure out whatsup. Jillian is so fast and gungho sometimes.
