I liked this a lot but I couldn't keep the band straightened out on the foot like she does or on my back. Also, it kind of was uncomfortable on my hands....any tips???

I like Mari Winsor's Pilates Sculpt. It is a nice compliment to my other workouts during the week. It is quick, enjoyable and I can feel the results in the areas I am looking to tone. Thanks Mari Winsor!
