I enjoyed this workout. It got the blood pumping while being easy on the body. I'll do this one again!

I remember doing this series back in the early '90's so it was nice to find it again. When I first tried Body Rhythms back then it was difficult to get the hang of at first. One reason is because the camera angle changes a bit too much and her instructions aren't always clear. But after trying it a while I began to get more comfortable with it. The movements have a contemporary ballet feel to them, which I like.

The movements in the dance are fun but, the camera angles move around so much it is hard to see the steps long enough to master them.

there is a problem here. I am only getting half a window...I tried to quit and restart to no avail. No such problem with the other videos..
