The Method: Meditations Through Movement

Katalin Zamiar

Drawing from a combination of Tai Chi, Qigong, and Yoga poses this online meditation video is designed to relax the body and quiet the mind, allowing you to find a balance between the manic and mundane. The gentle flowing routine is great for beginners and the elderly who learn to unite breath and movement using standing postures and movements. The seated meditation will focus the mind and relax your spirit, giving you a brief vacation from the everyday hustle and bustle.

It just stopped? Awkward way to end.

Without having familiarized myself with this video in advance, I found it difficult to follow. The video movements aren't fully supported by the narration, making it difficult to time the breath. I imagine that with time the practice would become easier to engage in, even quite pleasant.
