I just did the abs and arms and I like them both, but I thought that arms segment was particularly unique and effective for about 10 minutes. I look forward to trying the hips and thighs tomorrow!

I have been using this Target Specific series for years. It is fast and effective and targets all areas without having to spend over an hour exercising. I've tried numerous pilates DVDs and I always come back to this one. I love Jennifer Cries and all of her videos. This one is her best yet since it incorporates everything. I also love that I can pick and choose the areas I want to work on if I'm pressed for time.
