What a wonderful program - and completely different to anything else I have done. I will be returning to this one often. Thanks so much!

A good teacher and beautiful presentation. I also see that some editing is required to remove re-takes and wish it had been shot full length instead of cutting her off at the knees! This is one I will practice with often!

I found it diverse and resourceful, well worth it!

There are a couple of times within the warm up where the instructor does a re-take and the first version is not deleted. It's still a wonderful video!
