Love Ashleigh and her teachings. This series is my favorite, and I look forward to learning more from Ashleigh. The belly breathing is something I struggle with due to anxiety and grief. Because of breathing in my chest and shoulders, I have done damage and created pain in my upper chest and back area, causing limitations in my practice. Learning to retrain my breath (constantly checking in now) and carrying this through not only in my daily life, but also I am able to carry Ashleigh's cues into other classes on Gaia where cues are lacking. Any recommendations on other classes where focus of proper movement/alignment and proper breathing are the prevalent component of the practice?

I just completed the first class in this series. I have struggled with anxiety and depression since I was a teenager. I found that I had a shift in mood from being anxious and on edge in the beginning to becoming more calm, peaceful, relaxed, and grateful at the end of the practice. Thank you so much for such a thorough and beautiful lesson. I will come back to this often!
