This video is nicely done and is a good intro, It got me started and I really enjoy this on the Nordic trails here in Germany. I am an american here and the Nordic trails are like Forestry roads in the states. It;s a lot of fun and easier to catch a rhythm. The video after this with the workout tips is also really fun to do in the woods or field. It really works!
I recommend highly another video from AdventureBuddies.net. It's done by a lady named Jayah Faye Paley. The name is Poles for Hikinng, Trekking, and Walking. It fills in the gaps on all the thing's these two others couldn't because of time. Good Luck and be Well.
