I've tried both of these and they are great. Chocolate is a nice full body flow and a gentle relaxing pace. Dave has such a positive energy that gives you energy and peace of mind. Caffeine has the same kind of vibe but shorter just to get the blood flowing and spirits up in the morning. Adding to my morning rotation. I also listened to Keep the Stress Away and it's good info and funny!

A little too much talk for me.

Yoga for Caffeine Addicts is a nice way to jumpstart your day. They take you through some nice brief asanas that help to ground your body and thoughts. Dave continually reminds us to get rooted..and specifically to 'take root before action'. I love these gentle, yet true reminders of the importance of staying grounded and moving from a place that is thoughtful and loving. This short sequence is a nice prelude to my coffee :)

A gentle way to wake up for the day. Definitely opens you up & gets that breath and circulation going without being too intimidating to tackle first thing in the morning. Just 13 minutes long, so one of the nicest things about it for me is it's easy to fit into the morning while setting a nice pace and perspective for the day.
