I did the two practices one after the other Yoga for the core and yoga for the core sestoration - i liked them together and I loved the bolster! And Rodney. I will do the combination soon again.

great practice Only MUSIC is distracting... blues has nothing to fo with yoga. I love music of segments of AM. YOGA. this is nearly annoying

I completely agree with the comment below me. The video was great, love the scenery and the fluid challenge of the poses but the music sounds like it came straight from the Lethal Weapon soundtrack. Lol ;)

Love this video. It's very invigorating. Although, I'm not a big fan of the "smooth Jazz" music. It's also too loud. I prefer hearing Rodney's soothing instruction instead.

A bit different from some of the other intense core work on this site, but very rejuvenating.
I just add whatever I'm missing, like inversions, and arm balances.

hello why most of Rodney yee videos are not available to download? he's the one I always come back to, and if i'm travelling or if I don't have Wi-Fi, I would like to be able to have his videos offline please.

@daniellesaleh, this video is available for download! The download button for a series is on the right just above the segment covers. Clicking it will download both practices.
Thank you,

Not much of a workout, more of a gentle stretching. I would consider this a beginner's video because I didn't break a sweat except in the crow type pose but that is because I need to work on my upper body. I was disappointed, probably won't waste my time with this one again.

This class was perfect for me, a somewhat intermediate student who has not practiced in about two years. Rodney doesn't move between positions fast, and and an extra breath in some if the positions would be nice. Great class for 30 minutes!

I thought that class was fantastic. I did some poses I've never done before and really feel strong at the end of it with no lower back pain at all. Yes, he does go quickly between some poses but the purpose is to consistently keep the core engaged while moving your legs. I felt fantastic when I was finished and will definitely do it again.

This supplements my latest visit to the chiropractor. Nice and gentle stretching of the core, supplements my visit because my back is a little sore from the Dr.'s Visit. Great job on being true to the title. I have problems caused by hiking with limited mobility in my hip flexibility, this is a gentle routine that is soothing and is part of the gentle relaxation of the back. Bolster was great for opening up that part of the core., posted on June 20, 2012

I liked the instructor, and the moves. I didn't have a problem with the quick poses, and the other reviewers did. I just didn't like the use of the bolster. I did like the focus on the core, and I would do this again.

switched between each pose rather quickly, i would've liked to hold them longer for the stretch. definitely worked my core though. this review is for the strengthening portion.

I'm not a complete beginner, but I'm no veteran, and this is not a beginner's video. The instructor doesn't explain how to get into the poses or how to do them correctly, but expects you to know the names of the poses. If you are going to call something beginner, it needs a lot of instruction so the student can get the full benefit of the pose. I give this a 1 because I dont' care for the fast style of movements as well.
