Super nice practice - seemingly subtle like Mariel says but I'm sure the more one practices the more fulfilling the results will be - sometimes my mind is in a collage state & practicing short classes for the different parts of the body with gives me the satisfaction . Thank you to you two. Namaste :)

No mentioning of the breathe though!! ( inhale, exhale) which is very important when doing abs...

This was way too easy for me, but I bet it would be an excellent stretch for a beginner, or a quick stretch for those who need it.

Really enjoyed this one. It's great for a quick ab boost / stretch. For me, it also really stretches the hips and lower back, which seems to really awaken me in the mornings / early afternoons.
