I was already kind of put off about the haphazard way she jumped through the poses, then she threw in actual jumping? Yes, I was feeling more awake by then, but not that awake. Not coming back to this one.

Thank you for this sweet morning practice. Of course I am running late to work. Here on the banks of the Wapahani it is 4 degrees and she has ice flowing down her like a very cold slurpie. I feel great and ready for breakfast and a new day. Thank you. Jay W

This workout is a combination of cardio, stretch, toning and relaxation. Wonderful! I workout 5-6 days a week doing a variety of workouts such as spin, pilates, yoga, run, etc. This is a great workout that challenges your body, and mind. I would Recommend this workout to all!

Excellent workout. Did not sacrifice fully coordinated and flowing routine for the sake of making or calling it an "Accelerated Workout". Normally I do not like tag-team instructors but these two handled it very well and created synergy as they went. As Patricia Moreno tells us, "job well-done".

I have been working out non-stop and finally crashed and burned yesterday night. Today I got up and was soooooo stiff! This AM Energizer was perfect. It really helped me get started. It's mellow and easy and short, just what I needed. Thanks!
