Yoga props have been completely disempowered in contemporary yoga. We think that if we use a prop we are making the poses too easy or our practice is not as advanced. In this series Shannon Paige dispels this way of thinking. Creating empowering and challenging sequences with blocks, straps and blankets, we give yoga props their power back as they engage, inform and work us inside and out.
