this kind of practise restorative or yin yoga, you should be warm dressed enought, and socks,, something to cover yor shoulders,,,,loosing fast the heat from the body, so be comfortable, if you are cold, you cant enjoy and do nothing , no benefit fromthis , Namaste :) ...except you put hot yoga climate that I do not like, but room, must be warm. or you are in 40 C outside...
