I so enjoyed this particular episode! You took material that we have all heard at some point, made it make sense AND with such humor that it was a blast to watch! I know this is old at the time I watched it but - keep this attitude up! Your humor and wit are what helps others relax into the material/messages you are relaying. Thanks for all you do

Instead of Wisdom Teachings it should be called Wisdom Repeatings... LMAO

But don't get me wrong, I will still watch every single episode. Just thought I'd share that funny joke I made. I love these shows and they have opened and broadened my intellectual horizon's.

I heard this episode at just the right time, just as JennPipp just said. I felt alone and stuck, though growing in conciousness, I had had enough of wandering alone(illusion) and have been struggling with the idea of loving the self. I love his shoot from the hip goofy style in this one as well, it was like a conversation with a friend. David, I don't seek validation from you, but you've helped out so much for so many, and I love you for it!

David, Gaia, and Friends,
The timing of seeing this episode was perfect. The energy and conversation really jumps from the screen, I loved it. I processed a chunk of trauma in my life and I have flipped it, maybe fully just now. This was a loving and kind way to discuss the subject. It really resonated without feeling judgemental. So cool. Very grateful and glad to be a part of the universe in this way.

David is a wonderful person. He has a plethora of valuable puzzle pieces, and he gives them out left and right. This is a powerful episode which ties the previous ones together on the energetic, personal, and transpersonal levels. I'm glad I went back and watched Wisdom Teachings in order because without that step the impact of this episode wouldn't have been as great. David, if you read this, thank you. I greatly appreciate your hard work.

like most big stars, they were preyed on from the beginning, and made to become addicted to drugs in many cases.

I've now watched all of these shows, the Wisdom Teachings & Disclosure, & I have so many questions, too many to list. {For example, I was raised on The Seth Material, not just the book by that name, but the Material as a whole~~ & it covers everything, so how could the Ra material {which I now have to read} go further? The Seth material is near 30 books now, including the Early Sessions. I lost my thought.... Ok, one more example, this is kinda marginal but important to my sanity. In several shows you've mentioned these "beings" that came to Earth who were only visible from the waist up!

Only visible from the waist up!!?? Come on! And each time you blow by this like it was no big thing. It IS a big thing.

Please, where were their asses? Did they even have asses? Were their asses there, but you just couldn't see them!? Were they torsos on the ground walking on their hands, or did they have invisible legs, & invisible asses? Come on, you gotta tell me, tell me where their asses were.

Love this episode! Having gone all organic because food additives give me hives, I am with you on the jelly beans! Not really a fan of jelly beans, but I do love Chinese food, which does not love me. :) Many blessings on your soul journey. If we could get our loved ones to understand this concept, our world would be magical.

One of my most favorite episodes so far, and yet, I dearly love all the science and how you explain the most technical stuff.

You do an excellent job of blending the science with philosophy.

We should look for the lesson in every challenge. A magnet on my fridge says: "A brook would lose its song if God removed the rocks." Hmmm.....

"To be "in Jesus" is to feel our own pain, to whatever depth it goes,
even to the level of crucifixion. Only then can we truly say that we are
"in Christ and Christ is in us," and having a personal relationship with
Christ allows us to experience this pain because of his courage."

"It ... is asking for ... willingness to feel the pain that is tortuous in our
lives or the lives of our clients. "Christ in us" is his promise that we
will not be alone in these experiences."

"This is terribly important for doing work with others who are seeking
our help. We must be prepared ourselves to accept their pain at the
most intense levels, and the preparation for this is to deal with our
own pain at its deepest level. This level means the most excruciating (the
word means "out of the cross") pain that exists in our souls.
Our clients will know if this has been done and will only open themselves
to the level of our openness. Here is a basic truth about how we are
as humans, and this truth is exemplified in the crucifixion of Christ:

The openness of the suffering of one creates the possibility of the opening
of the sharing of suffering from others

"....not verbal, personal reports from the therapist which are usually inappropriate,
(our reporting of the details of our pain to our client), but there is an
awareness beyond the verbal that produces a bodily awareness of whether or not
the person in front of us knows about suffering and has done the soul work to come
to terms with what it means to be human."

Sacred Bond: A Model of Spiritual Transformation for Therapists, Clients ...
By Richard W. Hanhardt

Abby's opinion:

That author goes on to say we usually run from pain rather than experience the depths of it.

Now, I am not a Christian. I am a Jew. However, I grok that what Hanhardt says applies universally.

It's not just about Joan Rivers saying "Grow UP" as if we could just flip a switch. We have to keep growing UP. We have to keep ascending to the next level in the spiral of awareness.

What Brother David says here about active hatred, victim visualizing painting a target on your head for the complimentary role of villain to find you through the sourcefield is absolutely true. We know this, yet, like addicts, we keep falling for the same bait. Until someone, like Brother David, SHAKES us out of our dream. Reminds us who we are. Why does it work when he does it but not when other people do it? Because he has been there, done that. He has suffered on his own cross.

There is an old story about how to identify the true enlightened being, what is a good test to find out if the guru is a real guru? Insult him. Spit on him. Push him around. Try to knock him off his center. The bridge only works when it can hang in there no matter what is stomping on it. We are the bridge. Why does the guru need to allow others to spit on him? It's practice for non-attachment. When he is not attached to the outcome because he knows all is illusion, neither the body, nor the spit, nor the indignity nor the humility are real. None is real other than divinity. This is very very hard to fake. The author above says "in the body" seen. One sees this in videos also, in some of them, if there is no editing. One sees another who can stand tall amid turmoil. One sees it is possible. One begins then to ask the right questions, reset the station, remember. Someone has to go first. Not by talking, but by doing, by showing, by embodying. Christ is the embodiment of source field.

The sharing of suffering is what unites the fragments of heart into one heart. That's the lesson I see here. When we put the pain out there as best we can, without editing, spontaneously, synchronistically, it is poignant. It is perfectly itself. It invites others to become spiritually naked. Within a safe environment of such group spiritual nudity, predators, who feed on victims, who get drunk on feelings of powerlessness, guilt, shame and anger have nothing to "eat." No "loosh."

Perhaps my prayer today is not that my Father should See and accept my continued offering of excruciating pain but that instead, I ask Him to please accept my love offering and forgive me my sins, Father so I might return to Thee.

This particular video, with the shaking of the screen and the staring at the camera seemed particularly synchronistic for me. The original wound is rekindled when we are collectively reminded of the original feelings of injustice. In one week I saw the disappointment of the Fergusson decision in MO, Syria insanity to unseat Assad, Russian warships all over the world, India-Pakistan floods, Continued heartburn from Scotland's election, Monsanto suing County of Maui for saying no to GMOs, the US Navy doing virtually covert and dangerous perpetual low flyovers in the Pacific Northwest to allegedly circumvent secessionist efforts or even discussions about it, and return to a gold standard everywhere but in my own country, evidently. The list goes on, every day, there is another excuse for rekindling the old pain. Remembering our own personal disappointments dims in comparison to Gaia's long list of troubles.

The original, "But that's not fair!" screamed, usually with hot tears flowing, to a parent, upon hearing the first firmly spoken "No," echos in our heads from a distant past but with renewed volume every time there is a new negative stimulus. And so we spiral from brat to adult to sage to brat again in circles and cycles ever upward, rising above the pain. It's a spiral staircase. Jacob's ladder. It can lead to heaven or to hell. If we do not feel and release, forgiving ourselves for our own sins against our own selves, we are doomed to repeat the circle of time (hell) once again. My perspective is hell is of our own making, here. The way to heaven is each stair up the spiral, each time we let someone spit and carry on with loving and being The Father's messenger rather than being The Brat. In every moment, we choose which role to play.

Be it drama or drink, we make art from pain. Like lemonade from lemons. And in the art we make we grow wings to fly above the pain of the original wound. I, for one, found #51 to be personally inspiring, worth watching after a good cry.

Blessings from Aloha, Oregon

What happens when someone gets hurt by something you said or did but your intention was never to hurt that person? Does this effect your Karma? Do you have to apologize to the person to clear your Karma? Sometimes you these people never tell you that you hurt them so how would you know that you need to apologize? Thanks!!

gk1, posted on May 29, 2014

Thank you Shoebarn! The essence of the answer as I understand says, we may not be culpable, but we may still be accountable. We may not have intended to destroy the dishes in the China closet. The fact is we did.

In our bullishness we may not have known what fine porcelain is, and its value to others. Then, is not in some sense the owner of the China closet at fault, for having put up no barrier that would direct the bull elsewhere? The owner may retort that he or she did not know what a bull is, and its need to roam as it does. He or she resents that as the one protesting his pain, he is now made to be the offender.

And so one could argue back and forth like the dog chasing its tail.

Love however says, I am mature enough to know the value of China, and my clumsiness may have caused hurt I wish to rectify. I shall tread more lightly in the future. If I did not know it then, I do now, and am wiser for it.

Moreover, since I know such circumstances can arise, I shall endeavor to find out the needs of another, and adjust my conduct accordingly. Inquiring into the needs of others, I do not need to wait for their hurt to become obvious.

Love tells me, that it champions life, and so shall I. As I do this with sincerity, I cannot prevent others from choosing to feel hurt, but I can choose to love and show compassion by seeking to alleviate hurt.

In this loving stance I am also free to be myself. I honor both the needs of others and my own. In this I have faith, that an underlying unity dispels the illusions of hurtfulness, in myself, and also in others, when they are ready to embrace love as I do my best to exemplify.

If love champions life, and in the process of living these things occur, then love is responsible, and being love I am able to respond, and do. Automatically I am accountable and need not be held accountable. What then of the idea of justice? Who would throw any stone, first or last!

I hear they like to destroy porcelain at weddings for good luck. See you there!
