We are beginning to experience a shift in physical matter that will bring us in alignment with higher levels of existence. With this shift comes an increase in UFO sightings and telepathic connections with higher life forms. To better facilitate this process, we must become aware of our energetic distortions and work to alleviate them. This includes transcending hope and fear. David Wilcock explains how we can analyze, accept and understand our experiences in order to clear energetic distortions and free ourselves from the wheel of karma in this presentation originally webcast April 28, 2014.

I just have a simple question, maybe you can email me and respond to it. But after watching these these videos on ascension I have a question. As I go through my day I am trying to look at everyone and change my perspective about what I think about them. I am making a conscious effort to tell myself that I love everyone that I see. I want this to be a habit of thinking for me. Rather than thinking negative or judging these people as I see them I want to have an automatic thought that I love and care for them. Now my question is if I learn to love everyone that I come across do I have to have trust in them as well? The reason why I ask is because I think of people that I do love and the people that I do love I have complete trust in them with my life. But these strangers its hard for me to trust them like I trust the people that I love. I think I can learn to love everyone so I can become a rainbow body but I don't know if I can trust everyone. But If I have to learn to love and trust everyone, that might be a hard one for me to grasp my brain around. Maybe you can shed some light.

But then again, I am only on episode number 59 and I have not watch all of them yet. Maybe you shed light on this in later episode, maybe not. But that is one question I have so far about being able to ascend. Which is now my main goal in life is to have an ascended body before I die.

Thank you for elaborating on wanderers, I definitely am a wanderer as well. I want to help as many people as I can to become aware of becoming a rainbow body. I definitely do not want to get stuck in 3rd density. Which I kinda feel that I am already stuck here and have to relearn all of this stuff.

I have often agonized over why our salvation according to the bible was predicated upon deception? so much of nature and survival is dependent upon deception. now we look forward to the antichrist , the story of deception in eden, and now we discover the ten commandments we believed in is the stumbling block to ascension. in addition many have been led to believe that all et s are evil angels. a perilous journey is upon us.

As soon as I was finished watching this episode I realized that this one was the best one yet, I think because it contained the most actionable information for me. I have not watched all the videos in order and for me, many are merely fascinating stories with little that I can actually incorporate into my every day life. In this episode I especially enjoyed the example at the end of the video. I will definitely use the visualization exercise! Thank you for sharing, David! You are much appreciated.

I couldn't agree more, with your dialogue regarding being humble vs ego driven. In the times we live today, and the options for which we have direct effect over in this moment... cannot be approached without a bold position. The greatest leaders and prophets of history made many bold moves and statements while still remaining humble in overall motions. For those who see your Ego as too LARGE for their appetite, need to understand that those who have risen from the trenches of the "nothing" ......and now have a stage to really hit home for what it's going to take to get the Human Race on a more Ascending path.... I say keep swinging HARD David Wilcock ... I HEAR your message and it one people REALLY need to pay attention to! Abundant Blessings and Peace

I do this often and did it as a child. I can do it in a moment. I seem to see the possibilities instantly. It may take me a while to cool off but I know what will happen if I go in one direction and then another. .. And humble is not the same as assertive. You are assertive and your passion is to inform and enlighten. You have to get it out there but not own it. Your method is for you and you express it greatly as to how others have to find their own way as well into their enlightenment. You are doing a great job. Anyone who is in the public eye as you are has more of the Cabal out there attempting to discredit you and shake your resolve. I have been there as well. If you are impassioned with the truth then you continue no matter what and the more they attempt to thwart your efforts The basic virtues of the ancient Greek Philosophy that is now considered by the Catholic Church as the Four Cardinal Virtues are Justice, Prudence, Fortitude and Temperance. All of which you certainly get across in your teachings of the wisdom you have been endowed to share. Blessings to you always.

Actually, David, I disagree with your critics that say you are not humble. You ARE humble, just not modest - and who gives a crap about that? There is a big difference between being humble and being modest. Love your show and your personality, I look forward to watching the show every week, and I laugh a lot at your sense of humor and realness (if that's a word). Thanks for putting this stuff out there.

True humility is the recognition of our value and our worth on the basis of our awareness of our intentions and our accomplishments not needing to diminish or increase this because it is based on awareness and not perception and judgements by others which is most often biased.

Many different sources from Buddhism, Hinduism, The Law of One, A Course in Miracles, the New Testament, Deepak Chopra etc. seem to be saying the same thing: that love overcomes fear. From love comes compassion, joy, forgiveness, hope.... From fear comes hatred, jealousy, judgement, resentment, anger ... and love trumps fear every time - if you will allow it. It seems love is the healer and the healing at the same time. Now quantum science is showing how love is measurable through electromagnetic energy and the more you put out the more it nourishes others, yourself and the world around you - so the more it comes back to you. So I did an experiment and felt genuine loving thoughts about specific people in a specific place that were giving me nothing but angst (causing me great frustration and anger in the process) and when I went in to face them with the change in my heart towards them - they had a complete change of heart and immediately removed the obstacles that were unnecessarily causing me grief. So now I am wondering if my feelings towards them caused their negative attitude towards me in the first place, and had I gone to them with a loving heart in the first place the negativity from them could possible have been avoided. If this is so, then I truly am the creator of my world because people and things in the world around me simply react in a way that reflects what is already in my heart about them and live up to my heart's expectations (which are silent, unspoken and unrecognized). Do your own experiment by sending hate-filled people and situations in your life genuine love, care and tenderness and see how they react to you next time you see them. This is truly amazing magical stuff and David Wilcock is making his interpretation of it available to all in an incredibly fun and loving (fear-less) way! By the way I have never considered you egotistical in your presentation David. "Egotistical" people usually lack confidence in themselves or their knowledge base and you certainly don't. Perhaps the people calling you egotistical lack confidence in themselves or their own base of knowledge and are therefore offended by the surety, enthusiasm and joy with which you present yours. No need to apologize for being enthusiastic in the subjects you have obviously studied so well and love so well.

I was beating myself up so badly, confusion and self doubt were high on my list. What did I do wrong?
What could I have done to prevent this? How do I "OVERCOME" this? LOL
I was analyzing and understanding the situation but obviously I wasn't able to accept it. Holy crap I feel better.

Dear David,

I was somewhat bemused and confused when you felt you had to balance your happy mood with the pics of violence. Or did I misunderstand your purpose?
It would seem that if you have already learned to forgive such trespasses and they no longer elicit negative emotions, except compassion and sadness which they should, why would you feel it necessary to revisit such actions? Aren't these emotions you do not want to spread?
If love is all there is, and you have learned that, what is the need to relive old hurts, traumas, and atrocities? Could it be that your higher self already knows this and further "balancing" is unnecessary? And why do you feel you have to punish yourself with poison ivy to balance, I'm sure, some minor karmic faux pas? Isn't this called flogging yourself?
We all know you're human and we love you for it, but we don't want you to try so hard to prove it. Am I right People? Can I have an "Amen?"

Love & Light,

ethan, posted on April 29, 2014

David you don't understand humility. Humility doesn't mean to be self-demeaning or to harbor self-loathing. That's still ego. To be self-demeaning is just the other side of the coin of being self-inflated. Either way it's still about "me." True power comes from humility because the power comes from the Cosmic Self and we have to get out of the way for that to occur. The ego is not power. The ego is actually weakness. Fear is the constant companion of the ego because the ego is at the core always afraid of its own inevitable non-existence. It is no more than a shadow - a phantom that has no substantial reality of its own. We know this is true because of Bell's Theorem in quantum physics. The more ego we have the more fear we have. It is easy to be confused about this. Water is a good analogy for humility. It is soft and yielding and always seeks the lowest position yet it can carve the Grand Canyon. From humility infinite power is accessed. True confidence comes from humility. From the ego we are rewarded with endless fear and impotence.

The primary purpose of an entity is not to experience desire but to realize God or the Self. Hope and fear are the children of desire. It is because of desire that we harbor hope and fear (which you rightly say we must abandon). Those who suggest we can overcome a desire by indulging it are deluded. This only inflames the desire even more. It is like pouring gasoline on it. There are some useful desires like the desire for all beings to be happy and peaceful or the desire to know God or the desire to end all desire. These desires are not focused on gratifying the "me" and the "mine." Sex, food and cigars are focused on gratifying "me." By whatever means we have to escape the constant pounding of me... me... me... This is the delusion of separateness - of being separate from the Divine, from Nature and from each other.

Therefore, love is the antithesis of the ego. Love is about something other than me. Love of Nature, love of God, love of someone else. In contrast, the ego is about me... me... me... Where there is ego you can't have love and where there is love you can't have ego. The subject of each of these is entirely different. Like water and oil they don't mix. They are 180 degrees apart. All of the afflictive emotions such as hatred, jealousy, greed, anger and pride, arise out of the ego. All of the divine emotions such as kindness, compassion, empathy and patience can only arise (from the heart of the Divine) when the ego stands down. The ego is the source of our suffering and it is what enslaves us.

Nirvana means annihilation or extinction - the annihilation of the ego. What is left when that occurs is God - empty, beautiful and free - swimming in the boundless ocean of Love. With that said, I am enjoying your series. Thank you.

sonmi, posted on April 30, 2014

I use to live to eat, you can say the desire of eating good food was on top of my wants. I went to the extremes. until one day it wasn't so important anymore. The need just disappear. If I was fighting it, I would still be thinking of food. Being sure of your self sometime come off to others as cocky/lack of humility. If you are for all, then self can be more self aware and lessen the perception of others of you. You want to be who you are on the inside and out so that other selves can see the complete you. that is the goal. Opposite of ego is peace.

ethan, posted on May 1, 2014

Some appear confident and cocky but the source of this is fear. A tyrant is a good example. A truly humble person will also exude confidence. This is because they have no fear. Humility eliminates fear. Humility always wins in the end because fear is debilitating and makes one impotent. Having humility does not mean one is subservient to everyone. Humility means you are free to be what you truly are. Ego means Edging God Out. The ego is a prison and the source of all our suffering and misery. The ego is not necessary to be what we truly are. It is something added by the mind.

You're humble enough to love humanity so much as to commit your life to our ascension -- and regard each individual soul as a brilliant and magnificent creation. I think that's more humility than most of us ever show. So go on -- be confident, feel awesome about yourself. Because you are.

Thank you for sharing so personally in this episode. It REALLY helps propel your message with even more power and inspirational value.

Hi David, This particular video resonated with my last few years of spiritual awakening when this exact information fell on me practically overnight when I was forcing myself to read my bible every morning and go to church every Sunday out of fear. After 22 years of fundamentalist Christianity I walked into a Spiritual life exactly as the Law of one and you are speaking of here. My wife also triggered this when she kept telling me, " I am not going to do anything I do not want to do." I hated this. I felt she needed to obey God and go to Church to be right with God. I now know that practicing Non Resistance & Non Judgement is a major part of the path to raising our vibration and Ascension.

Well, in only a couple years since January 2012 I have consumed an arsenal of metaphysical books & videos and it seems to never end. I had to dare myself to look outside the Bible for answers and I'm so glad I did. Sal Rachele's Channeled Books of the Founders have been a huge foundation for me.

Keep up your mission! I am riding the wave with you my friend!

This echoes the teachings in "Creating A Bug Free Mind" that I'm absorbing myself in currently. The author Andy Shaw used his own experiences and the wisdom found through intensive research of others regarding the mind and attaining happiness. That book discusses how there is no reason for fear. Fear is a state of insanity that holds back our creative process and holds us back from our true desires.

He also details how hope is a word that should be abolished from our minds and the English language since it is so insidious. Instead we should focus on the words Trust, Faith, Envision, Plan, Foresee in stead of Hope. Hope is a lack thought that actually sends negative/lack energy out into the universe and you get back what you send out.

He also echoes the sentiment that you must be happy in the now and not postpone happiness for some future time just like David speaks about from the Law of One. Very cool to see so many parallels.

I've been clean and sober for 6 years now and participate in a spiritual program of recovery. A lot of what you teach goes right along with that, but I'm glad that you're clarifying some things. The ultimate way for me to stay sober is to be of service to others, it takes me out of myself because I certainly can get stuck on myself to the point where it starts effecting me negatively and others around me. I'm glad you covered "the personality self" and "humility" and how there's a time for being humble, but not to the point of being passive. When I am disturbed, I know it's my problem, and that person, thing, or situation is exactly as it's supposed to be. You did introduce some things I need to start practicing which is basically trusting myself more to follow my intuition instead running it by somebody. One of the things in the recovery circles is that your mind is a dangerous neighborhood and to let people know what you're thinking, and getting advice from people with more time than you. I know I get a lot of valuable input from dear friends, but perhaps I need to start acting of my own accord and doing what I think ought to be done instead of "running it by someone" first, and just see what happens. You've given me a lot of food for thought that's for sure.

David said:
"You’re not allowed as a planet to become a spacefaring race until you get through this change I’m calling ascension."
If that is so, then how do the negative E.T.s get here? Please explain.

spacecase8888, posted on April 29, 2014

The Law of One books explain that there is a negative path of ascension. Most of the people who are into this idea of ascension are probably on the positive path, but there is a negative counterpart. Ra doesn't use the word ascension, but they say there is a negative harvest to fourth density, which takes a great deal of discipline to be able to accomplish. Basically, it's being Service to Self in your orientation to the point where you are 95% self serving. But to understand why this is a part of the cosmic plan you should hear Ra's explanation of it. But it certainly makes a lot of sense when you consider the existence of negative ET cultures and negative pseudo-elites who are apparently on that negative path, though whether most of them are even negative enough to make it to fourth density negative, I'm not really sure.

Yeah about that… I have only gotten that far in this video before I am all fired up. I am SO sick of people casting judgements about suggesting others be humble. My question is who is to judge if another person is humble or not? My goodness. It's like the people who say that nonsense want you to not feel good about yourself and show the world that you don't. That is ridiculous. People go through a lot of things in their lives and to stand in judgement of another's apparent lack of humility says more in my opinion about those who continue to insinuate or flat out say others aren't humble enough than the people it get said about. You can be kind and humble and still like yourself enough to project confidence and self respect out into the world. Good God. Anyhoo… on with the video. I am just so sick of hearing that. I think people who say that just want others to hate themselves because they have been taught that is the way. It isn't. But it does not mean one should be arrogant either. There's a difference. My saying is if you want to judge me from a distance by all means please remain at a distance. Ain't nobody got time for that nonsense. Thank you David!!!

I have now watched the rest of the video and I loved it! Absolutely perfect lesson for this week! You are awesome David Wilcock, thanks so much for being so real! Lol.

tilldi, posted on April 28, 2014

Beautiful, David!

If a person makes a statement "I have abundance," the personality self
counters with, "You certainly don't!" And thus nothing happens because
the ego blocked any change for the better.

Let me quickly share a synchronicity and a better way to ask for change.
I was in a grocery check out line. The person being helped hit $20.00 even
for her total. The cashier, who was obviously new, fumbling nervously with
the items and trying to hurry but still do it right, said, "Hey! An even number!
That doesn't happen very often. You should enter the lottery today!"
The person being helped was nice but not very talkative.

The next person to be helped was just ahead of me and must have noticed how
hard the cashier was trying. She immediately complimented the cashier on
how nice she looked and how her blouse made her look shining. (The blouse
had a patch of large sequins close to her left shoulder.) The person then turned
to me and asked "Don't you think she looks nice?" "Yes, she looks very lovely,"
I replied. The person's total was 2 cents short of being an even number.

I suddenly had an idea flash in my head and said silently,
"Infinite Power, how can it get better than this?" My turn to be helped.
My total was $15.00 even. "Hey, another even number! Maybe YOU should
enter the lottery today," I said pointing a finger at her. This was exactly the
scenario I had seen in my head only seconds before.
"Hey, I'm the magical cashier today! Everybody get in my line!"
When I left, she was not only shining, she was beaming.

7 words the Universe understands perfectly and the ego self has nothing to say.
All you have to add is Love.

I owe you more than I can say, David, for pointing me in the right direction.

Love & Light,
