Brilliant teaching cues and alignment explanations. I am a teacher, loved this. Thank you.

I found this REALLY helpful! As someone who mostly practices at home I sometimes find poses eluding me because they aren't broken down into the alignment components. This really broke it down and made it clear how keeping my heart forward and lower belly engaged at the same time could give me a lot more lift. I still cant hold a handstand for more than a second or two but after doing this several times i can reliably get into the air and into the correct alignment. I love MC's classes and style and this is one I will do a lot more times to improve.

The overall message of the Hanuman heart leading us to break free from our comfort zones and live a courageous life is so powerful. Presented in a lighthearted and conversational flow, MC encourages us to be brave in our home practice, to take risks, and to fall with grace.

I'm finding that different teaching styles or ways of communicating the same thing bring me closer all the time. Shannon Paige was very helpful in this but I found that you broke it down into increments that made it more manageable for me. I love that I can access all these different styles on Gaiam. Thank you so much!
