The Fractal Meditation System: Alpha Waves (2011)

Episode 1
Available worldwide

Relaxation is a state of consciousness we all enjoy, but it isn’t always easy to achieve. During our relaxed moments, our mind enters a state known as the alpha frequency. Brainwave entrainment allows the listener to enter alpha by listening to audio encoded at that frequency.
Along with stunning visuals, this video includes a powerful audio brainwave entrainment soundtrack encoded in the alpha frequency. On this visual journey of profound fractal formations you will effortlessly enter a state of deep relaxation, inspired by unique mathematical shapes and patterns, combined with evocative music and sounds.

These meditations are incredible! They actually stopped my mind from thinking for the whole time...probably the first time I was really able to meditate without small achievement! I love these and I am working my way through them all. I am a transcendental meditator as well but these were even better for me to put me into deep relaxation and cessation of the monkey mind chatter! Highly recommend!

I love my brain, and I'm beginning to learn how much humanity has been manipulated by the 'powers that were' by understanding how our brains work, or don't. New agers, for instance operate mostly from the right side of the brain, which is more creative and nurturing. This side is also known as the divine feminine. But we need to integrate all parts of our brains, otherwise we can be duped by predators who have yes, infiltrated the new age movement. Before I sit and become entrained, I would like to know more about the creators of this imagery, and sound.

This worked! I fell into an alpha state. I heard voices whispering so I had to stop it because it was inaudible. What were they saying?

Thank you,

This is very similar to what I see when I achieve deep meditation. As a result, if I'm having trouble settling down to meditate, this is a great way to put me in the right "mode" very quickly. Looking forward to watching the others.

I did not know what to expect from this, but found it to be as relaxing and insight stimulating as a closed eye meditation. Very neat concept. I enjoyed it!
