Ananda means bliss, and on this journey with Janet Stone, we practice awakening to our natural state of conscious bliss in all circumstances, as we begin to see the profound gift of simply being alive. Ananda Vinyasa - Bliss in Motion is all about transitioning away from the never-ending stream of demands, lists and things yet undone. It's about gathering all of the seemingly disparate pieces of our lives and bringing them back to the present moment, one inhale and one exhale at a time. This challenging, intensive sequence focuses on leg strength, core power, building heat, developing arm tone and cultivating flexibility of mind, body and heart.

I've been doing many 45 min practices lately and was a little intimadated but knowing I needed a more legnthy practice. This was such a balance - I wasn't feeling like I wanted to run off my matt part way through. Like all your practices Janet, nourishing and inspiring both :-)

What an amazingly beautiful practice. Pure devotion in motion is how I would describe this practice. Between the setting, Janet Stone's voice and guidance, you feel pure bliss during this practice. Loved it.

I always come back to this one and am blown away by how powerful and centering it is. I feel amazing when I'm finished. I do wish there was a bit of chanting (because your chanting is so beautiful, Janet) but this flow is just absolutely wonderful. Thank you.

Thank you @kyradk

Good practice yet challenging to go inside at times especially with some of the flowing standing balances; however, it gives me something to work toward. I appreciate it.

Thank you @DWP31
Enjoy the challenges, and the path to achievement!

I hit big time traffic on my way into the city to Janet's class tonight. Yet, I am so thankful she is on myyogaonline -- yay! This video rocks and while it can't replace her presence, it comes pretty darn close. Will watch again.

Janet Stone, posted on February 4, 2015

Ah, that SF traffic. It's been such a joy to be steadily teaching here in San Francisco as of late and I sure know about our traffic and grateful you made the effort and in the face of
big time traffic that you can simply head home and join in this practice, well, beautiful. I will hope to see you live soon and right here in our best form a live we can muster.

Hi! I love this practice, and never get tired of it! I do it very often, but recently I find most of the videos on this website kept stopping for quite a long time every few minutes, although the videos on Youtube were running well without interruption on my computer. I even tried to load the video a few hours in advance, but to no avail. Can I get help with this please?

This practice challenged me with some variations I'd never seen before, but with Janet's tone and instruction, I felt encouraged to explore the possibilities. Even though I suffered a few interruptions with the video stopping, I still feel more grounded, open, calm, and receptive to whatever the day may bring. Thank you for blessing my day with your practice, Janet!

Beautiful practice today Janet ! Namaste

mariamntn, posted on July 23, 2014

Wonderful, releasing yoga practice. But the music was sometimes so loud I couldn't hear Janet speak. Also it could be distracting and stimulating, rather than allowing me to focus on my own body.

strauss5marija, posted on April 22, 2014

OMG, this was very dificult for me, but I did it with my own modification, as always very nive and great yoga practise with Janet, thank you, Namaste, lots of love!
