I love this little practice - I do it on its own, or at the end of another short class, to really release and centre myself. Your Hatha classes are all just lovely - the pace, sequencing and tone are just right. Many thanks, and keep uploading videos!!

Sometimes when I take a short break from yoga ( a few days or a week or so) I almost fear returning to my matt. This is a great practice to get back on track without a long time commitment. Namaste!

In General Marla I have to say you are my favorite! Your voice is calming and I feel you really relate in someway to everyone who listens.
