It should be explained in the description this is more of a workshop, not expecting so many structural cues that takes a long time to explain... I wish I had more patience tonight. I may come back to this.

Thank you Shanon I follow this series with you and I feel so good, thanks also to your change :) finaly I can enjoy yoga with you in more slow pace , I did not make the bird but its ok; I made some modification for me, and maybe like you say in the next 16 years or in the next life , Namaste have a Sun form me and the sea breeze :)
