thank you so much for a little simpler approach to Ashtanga, I like the slower pace it is more enjoyable

Any chance we could get those back?

@NICOLEURDANG - The majority of the MYO library is available here on Gaiam TV. Unfortunately, there were a small amount that we were unable to put on the site for various reasons. What type of practice are you looking for? What teacher?

I miss the practices Ms. Doane had on MYO as well as others I can't name, like the 70 minute one in three segments that had a woman in white on a small white rug doing restorative poses.

Hi Nicole, thank you for writing!
Some of the content from MYO was not able to be merged over to Gaia due to contractual reasons, so those other practices you are thinking of are unfortunately unavailable now.

really enjoyed this! It has been a while since I have done yoga. This was a good starting point for me. Very soothing

instruction has a monotone quality, very very slow.

This workout is great - beautiful location, soothing instructor voice, nice music. The only issue is that it is tagged as basics when it is not. Sure, the 'only' exercise are sun salutations one and 2, so that is probably why it is classified as basic, but it does involve chaturanga and upwards facing dog, with no modified versions explained or shown. So it's very intense and potentially dangerous for a beginner. That said, I will be doing it again, just not on a day when I need something easy.

Nice clear instruction. Thorough. I'm always afraid of repetition but she kept me going with her steady voice throughout the numerous salutations. Also using the Ashtanga language was very good as it helped me remember what each position is called as if the masters were saying it.
