Authentic Power: Enlivening the 3rd Chakra

Available worldwide

This yoga blend class of vinyasa, kundalini, and yin yoga with Ashleigh Sergeant, Kia Miller, and Dina Amsterdam is a divine power of transformation, cultivating a healthy relationship with your Authentic Power.

The third chakra is the seat of our power. Healthy cultivation of this center empowers transformation driven by the fire of our Will. When this center is underdeveloped, we feel weak, stuck or dis-empowered. When it is over developed we experience anger, rigidity and separation. Through a dynamic practice of vinyasa, kundalini and yin yoga, learn how to tap into your true power without hardening.

That was truly a fabulous practice. I've never blended three styles before. Kind of like an appetizer, main course & dessert. Yummy

I really loved the spiritual connection and energy of this practice. However if you are looking to be exercised I wouldn't recommend it. It is more like a mindful meditation than physical exercise. Still really enjoyed it though <3

A wonderful practice, the fusion really works for me. I just wish Yoga teachers (not all, of course) didn't choose to use voices that sound put on, as if they have to speak in a voice different from their own in order to be effective.

I find this to be one of the most balanced classes on this site. Such a great fusion of three beautiful styles and three wonderful teachers. Thank you! Please create more classes in collaboration like this. Loved it...
