It makes sense, but as others said, it's not realistic for a lot of people in America with the way we work. Getting clean, exercising, massage, and a full breakfast? I'd be getting up at 3:30 to get on the bus on time. And a lot of people are only allowed a half hour for lunch at work. You'd have to either work from home or be rich to do this.

How is this possible if you have a full-time career and family responsibilities? In America, lunch and maybe breakfast or dinner is at work, and for many it's 30 minutes. Any examples of how this can be done?

It's amazing that a sensible yearly meal lifestyle can be beautifuly presented in only twenty minutes.

Wow - this was such a beautiful message about how to nourish our bodies. Perhaps a challenge to incorporate into mainstream America with hectic mornings and non-existant lunch hours but definitely the message is one that must be adopted. Eat to live, not live to eat. This was outstanding.
