Than you Rodney. Its a superb practice. A great help if you work long hours on the computer every day. I'm going to use the chair sequence when I need the break whilst working. U thoroughly enjoyed it! Namaste ;-)

I have a fracture in my 3rd and 4th lumbar vertebra so I took it a little slower than you. (I'm still working hard at building muscle control) I like how you kept things moving and how you didn't stay still for too long. I'm a beginner and my muscles usually collapse resulting in a hurt back again because I have to sit in one position for too long. Thanks, you are a great instructor.

For the very first time in my life, I had to cancel today's activities due to back pain, and I immediately knew that I had to find a good back yoga video on Gaiam.
I am so grateful.
My back feels 'pulled' and relaxed. I actually feel pampered right now.

Have had a back injury that constantly gives me fits and this program is the one that gives me relief I need. Some good twists and lengthening stretches that force your back to release it's tension. I like how Rodney uses a chair for most of these stretches as it makes them easier for me to do and I don't feel like I'm overdoing it.

Recommend for all to try and highly recommend for people with chronic back pain and muscle spasms.

This ia a nice, 22 minute total (although it says 26 min) yoga stretch routine.Easy to do in the morning to open the hips, and do a few boat poses and back stretches. Rodney instinctively builds routines for those looking to gently strengthen and make the back more supple, so he is definitely a favorite.
