I opted for this workout for the same reason as Jessicar7! A way to ease back into Suzanne Deason's Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss - also a favourite of mine. After a knee injury and a bout of inflammation, this was the perfect gentle series to get me limber again. Love to check out Suzanne's workouts for all the same reasons, too - she is calm yet motivational and instructional. I never feel rushed with her workouts, so it feels like I can really get deeply into things.

I knew I was too out of shape to jump into my favorite Suzanne Deason workout. This was great step back to get me ready for Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss--my favorite. Nice setting, nice music, gentle pacing, and Deason is calming and inspiring--as always. The ball is both a nice support and distraction for this one who doesn't like to know I'm exercising ;-).
