This beautifully stretches out my back, hips and legs after a long day of sitting. The use of the ball is so supportive, no strain on areas you are not stretching! Perfect!

I have been using this stretching routine daily while healing sciatica pain in my back and legs. This, along with chiropractic visits and massage is making a huge difference in my energy levels and my flexibility.

Did this after a Jillian workout, and the stretch was absolutely amazing! Also good for stiff muscles or to get the blood flowing in the morning.

I am just getting back into stretching like I should. I have really tight hamstrings and pelvic muscles. After my first workout I'm already feeling more limber. It's a very easy, beginner oriented routine, so if you are more advanced you will probably not enjoy this or feel much benefit, but for those new to stretching or just returning after a long time away - this is just want you want.
