Having tried various approaches to meditation and not feeling quite satisfied that I even understood what it was, I finally can say that it has become a daily practice, after I rise in the morning, or when I'm doing something in the yard with my dog. A great sense of peace and calm, a quiet mind in presence, of the moment. My capacity to enjoy simple things has been expanded, allowing me to live with less, when needed. Thank You, Teachers
