This short 'rear' focused workout is short and sweet. The short duration makes it ideal to fit in a quick focused workout. Although I wish it were a little more intense it's solid and perfect when you want to squeeze in a little toning. Alternatively, it's a good session to add in addition to a short yoga and/or pilates session.

This was a great work-out for the glutes, which was a good surprise! I didn't realize that "bum" actually meant backside in this context.

Gentle workout, great for mornings or evenings just prior to bed. Easy pace, not very challenging. Enjoyed the workout.
