This PranaVayu accelerated class with David Magone is designed to help you deepen strength and flexibility at a much quicker rate than is normally possible in large group classes. Created for experienced yoga practitioners, this video will help you build a range of motion necessary to accomplish tow challenging arm balancing postures – Galavasana and the Dragon Fly pose. For optimal effect, practice the sequence at least twice per week.

2nd time doing this practice and it was quite lovely once again. I sit all day at my job and I know my hips and legs get tight. This felt great. Thank you once again David. Your practices are some of my favs!

This class helped me release so much tension in my hips acquired from running. David I love everything about how you structure class. From breathing and intention setting, through the flow and final meditation. I am a newly graduated yoga instructor and you are an inspiration to me. I need to take a live class with you.

Have been doing my home practice for several months now. I've experienced some great benefits, but not until I competed four of your classes have I been able to touch the ground in a forward bend. My heels even reach the ground in downward dog. Finally! I love your classes!

I love your classes David and hip openers are my all time favorite! I have loved your 15 minute hip opener and now to have a full hour after my intense of weeks of 14-15 hours of study (graduate program) and 4-5 hours sleep, this is exactly what I need! Hi Kestrel! Thanks for checking out the video. This one was set up to be purposefully challenging so many of the postures are definitely on the bendy side. Be sure to check out some of the other PVYU videos when you have a chance. All of the others offer easier variations and options.
