I have just come back to yoga after a break of oh 25 years or so... hence starting with beginners beginners videos and found that a challenge but after a few months I am really delighted to have found this series as it seems to me to be the next step (at a very beginners level) andI find it challenging but in the most part doable - which is why I am ever so grateful.. the set is pushing me to stretch in a great way and I feel energised and grounded and like Ive had a good all body work out now that I can actually get though all 3 sections haha... also ever such clear instruction...
