Our world is shifting and it will never be the same. For better or worse, we are being asked to embrace non-attachment like never before. In this live Wanderlust class with Desiree Rumbaugh, enjoy this diverse combination of asana, lecture and meditation to inspire and uplift us as we become the change we want to see in the world.

Contraindications: Warrior III and Tree Pose can both be done against a wall, instead of using a partner. Always listen to the modifications that the instructor offers and alter your practice to the level that suits you best.

Thank you Desiree! Love this class! Everytime I do this class I learn something. Was a great refresher about pulling in to the mid line.

I was surprised how great I felt after this class! It seemed like it was just a bunch of poses but they were done in a particular order in which each one felt good after the other, and I began to really appreciate also doing yoga really slowly. There is often too much focus on speed, getting as much in the course of an hour as possible or trying to equate yoga with "exercise", so for example, trying to use it to get the heart rate up... but it really is about so much more than that... and I think this class gets to this other way of approaching yoga.

Desiree is not interested in the vinyasa, especially as we grow older, we need to be grounded in the earth.. The yoga "high" can cause injury, when we are in the flow, but not respecting the body, just some insight, it is meant to be positive, if your younger, check out shiva rea:),

Another great video by Desiree. I learn so much about form in each of her classes. Plus she is so much fun. Did you film the back bending session she mentions in some of the other videos? I would really love to see how she teaches back bending alignment.

Love, love, love this! I think this might be my most favorite video on this site! Loved the term "neurosculpting." Loved how everything was so focused on alignment and activating core strength. Thank you! Makes me wish I was at Wanderlust, maybe in the future... ")

Nice variation of poses and fine tuning. I found the pace a bit choppy--no real connecting vinyasas between poses.
