Every time I come back to this practice I feel so amazing afterward. I get the greatest workout from it yet I feel so relaxed throughout the entire thing! Thank you Cameron! I hope for more soon!

What a great teacher! The only thing that would have made it better was to have been in the room itself. I loved how it was an actual class, not staged. The sequences were challenging and relaxing, the teacher's knowledge was thorough and inspiring. A fantastic routine/video. Thank you!

I did this practice this morning and it's just like being in class with Cameron.

This practice is perfect for me. There are elements of it that I can always be growing into. This vinyasa practice is a solid and vigorous class that is modern but does not navigate into the Scylla and Charibdis of either extremely lengthy holds or "exploring arm balances for (the teacher's) fun" Everything here is done with a precision mindset rather than an achievement mindset. Quite a bit like the Heart Opening class. Cameron Gilley is the teacher I have been searching for. Even though where I live, there are more yoga studios than Starbucks.

Classical vinyassa yoga with basic poses would seem to be to be boring and easy, but this is actually quite a challenging and interesting class. Nice pose commentary for fine tuning poses. Though I am in good shape, I was surprised to find that simple poses could be so challenging for me. If you hold a pose long enough and or do it engough times, it becomes quite difficult. Nice to see the simple vinyassa poses brought to life in this challenging practice.

Cameron, I notice that you included a high lunge instead of a warrior one in suryanamskara B. I have never seen that variation, and it is brilliant. I find that warrior one is a very difficult pose because of the adjustments, and trying to get into it quickly always interrupts my flow. Doint high lunge instead removes, for me, that anxiety of coming into warrior one. Your cues and prompts are perfect and you have an inspirational teaching voice. Thank you.

Is it possible to get more videos from Cameron that are shorter in length for those days when we are short on time? 40 minutes would be great !!!!! Cameron is an excellent teacher - he explains everything ! The breathing, the translation, what it does for your body, exactly how to do the pose from beginners level to expert ! I am loving the live studio sessions! Cameron is an amazing teacher, always reminding me to be aware of my breath and to let go and rest when I need to. It makes this intense practice remain calm. I feel awesome and am ready to begin this week!
