If you don't have a proper foundation, doing a flow class for the first time can feel like being swept up in a tidal wave!

This class lays out the basic movements of Sun Salutation A, brick-by-brick, with straightforward cues to help you prepare to go with the flow, ending with a comfortable restorative finish to guide beginners from movement to stillness.

Thank you dear ANdreea , this was very good i always feel like a beginer every day with yoga:)
Just could you mention which leg is going first in sun salutation to the back before chaturanga etc? and also coming back? Me normaly start with the right side and after left side , two sun salutation altought existe combination changing sides . What is your opinion ? Namaste:)

@strauss5marija I too feel like a beginner every day with yoga! I'm not 100% sure I know what you're asking, but I believe you are wondering which foot to step into plank with before chaturanga if you are not jumping both feet at the same time? If that's the case, I think alternating as you say you have been doing is perfect. Always great to balance out both sides. Thanks a million for practicing with me and connecting here on Gaia! xx A
