A burger that will make you feel like you're not going without!
Makes: 6 patties
Ingredients
(use organic ingredients where possible)
- 1 carrot, grated
- ½ bunch parsley
- 1 spring onion, roughly chopped
- ½ celery stick, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp miso paste
- ¼ cup oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp psyllium
- ½ cup walnuts
- 1 tsp savoury yeast
- 1 garlic clove
- ⅓ cup chopped capsicum
- 3 sun-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped
- ½ tsp dried mixed herbs
- Salt and pepper
- Slice of bread
- Vegetables/fruits of your choice (cucumber, lettuce, sprouts, tomatoes, avocados)
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor.
- Blend until well combined.
- Form into burger patties.
- Spread your sauce (optional) on the inside/cut side of the bread.
- Choose your fillings, such as cucumber, lettuce, sprouts, tomatoes, avocados.
- Top with cream cheese (optional).
- Serve and enjoy!
