After an illness and an abdominal surgery, I have been away from exercise for four months. Jumping back into the swing of things has felt a little daunting. This is a great little workout to do if you are not up to going to the max but you still want to get your body moving again.

I love the deliberate moves in this workout. The repetition allowed me to work on my form and progressively build the power in my moves. I broke a nice sweat, too! All around, Patricia delivers a rock solid workout in a short period of time.

This is one of my "short list" workouts, easy to follow but a challenging cardio exercise for an older woman, not in great shape. I can always feel this workout the next day, in a good way.

I liked this intro video because the steps are repeated slowly and frequently that I could really focus on proper form. I also liked that it was short but got my heart rate up.

finally got warmed up in the last 5 min...mostly intro to punches and no kicking until the end. definitely would take "cardio" out of the title, but the last sequence was fun.

I'm just getting back to working out. This video kicked my butt in 30 minutes. I'm pretty uncoordinated, but even so I was able to follow along the first time though, with only a few slip ups. This video is a great workout in a reasonable amount of time. It also happens to be a hell of a lot of fun!

Ive tried kickboxing classes before but couldn't really keep up (I'm more of a running/yoga type person). This was a great intro with step-by-step instructions, and then piecing everything together at the end. I'm sweaty, I feel like I just kicked some butt, and I know that at least my arms will be really sore tomorrow! Will definitely do this workout again.

I broke a good sweet with this in the short video. (slightly out of shape though) It goes by fast because you are concentrating on the moves
