I loved this combination of asana, chanting, and breathwork. I've done quite a few chakra-related practices, and this is my favorite because I was really able to tune in to the individual chakras. Many others I've done I can mentally see the connection of the asanas to the practice, but this one followed-through on the connection. I'd never tried to combine yoga and Reiki with the strength of intention that I used today either. It is a beautiful combination.

I love this class so much. I return to it again and again, it is my stand by for the times when I am sick or too exhausted and need to relax and recharge, or any time I just feel "off". I always feel incredible after. Love all of your classes Danielle, thank you!

Thank you for a peaceful practice.
Danielle, I have this question: I understand the importance of being supported by the people who surround us and how it can be a foundation. But I am confused when I realize that how I feel (ie supported) depends on my mind or perception of a given circumstance.. When we find peace in ourselves then peace is everywhere.
How might you reconcile these two 'ideas'? Can we stay in situation where we are not supported and still be supported, or whole at the root?

@jubilee79 Keep it up! I too am a beginner and have anxiety and have been using the videos here since January - it is really helping. Try Rick Coe's videos as well (his depression one is also good for anxiety). Good luck!

Only my second yoga video off this site and it is perfect thank you. I am a beginner and found it calming and at time challenging which is brilliant, and I could start my day opening my chakras instead of popping a Valium for anxiety. Couldn't ask for more x
