Especially when there is less sugar, agave sugar, or even stevia. I love a good cup of hot chocoloate made from hot water, raw cacao powder, almond milk, cinnamon and a bit of stevia. Pure bars, and even the Go Raw brand of chocolate truffles meet my need for chocolate. With out my daily fix of hot chocolate, I feel less stable in my feeling of well being. It seems to calm me down from a stressful day. There is something very theraputic about chocolate! This show is really informative in regards to all the the common misconceptions about chocolate. I feel that it is difficult to get the point across that the sugar in the chocolate, and the quality of the chocolate really matters!
