Ingredients
(use organic ingredients where possible)
- 2 cups herbal tea
- ¼ cup cashews
- 1 tbsp mesquite
- 2 tsp lucuma
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ whole nutmeg, grated
- 1 heaping tbsp cacao powder
- 1 dropper fulvic acid
- Honey to taste
Directions
- Add all ingredients to your blender and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
