I am nursing some minor injuries and decided to give this a try. I usually do yoga and strength training, cardio, plyometrics, etc. and decided I need to take a break this week. I normally work out really hard. I used to hate pilates but after years of finding my core, it makes more sense now. I still find it kind of boring, but this was what my body needed today. I really do feel taller. Sometimes it was enough of a challenge and at other times it was not. But it was easy to follow and I didn't swear at the teacher even once ;-).

I would definitely say this is a good beginner class, but I would say more of an intermediate beginner because if you don't know Pilates basic principles, it might have been tough to follow (if it was your very first Pilates class). The comment below sounds pretty annoyed and I guess I get it; when you are wanting a challenge and don't feel like you got one and you have limited time in the day, it's a bummer. I still enjoyed it though and was pleasantly surprised. Thank you.

How is this Classical Pilates? And how is it a level 2? Where is the order of the original repertory? The 100? Roll Up? Etc...I am still looking for a Pilates Class on this website. There is alot of watered down Pilates where the work outs are fine and the cueing is good but they are not Pilates - rather movement based on Pilates . It is misleading to those of us who have done alot alot alot of teacher training and want a true Pilates class with order, fludity, juicy cueing, names of true Joseph butt-kicking Pilates moves. Can someone lead me to one?

This should be a Pilates beginner level 1.

Good class. They need to change the level to beginners. Clear and precise instructions. Good that all classical principals were addressed.

Great beginner classes. Very helpful cues to make sure the exercises were being done properly. I have a degenerative issue with my back and this was the perfect class for it.
Thank you so much!

This class is beginner and the instructor calls it "Beginner Pilates"; however it is labeled as moderate. Overall, good, basic pilates for someone that has never tried pilates before. This instructor has a great intermediate class for those that are more advanced.
