I liked this class. It was a gentle, deep practice and I appreciated the focus and asanas on cleansing as I am beginning this process. Thank you Jo Schaalman! I appreciated your teaching this AM.

No, I'm not referring to a roll around your middle but rather to what's unique about this program. Who knew putting a folded up towel beneath the bellow on poses like cobra could bring such body awareness? I felt my heartbeat in my belly! This must've been great for digestion since it physically stimulates, through your own body weight pressing into the towel, the digestive organs. I will try it again sometime!

So frustrating when video poops out part way into it. Otherwise this is a great class

This session has mostly to do with breathe and center cleaning. Not the best for a generalized opening and stretching of the body. Too specific to the gut for me. I think the tape direction should say that it is only for digestive tract cleansing, since that what it is. Nice if that is what you are looking for, I guess

Easy to follow instruction with just the right amount of variation. Great way to end the day and to prepare for a restful night's sleep.

I don't have digestive issues, but I still found this class to be energizing and relaxing all at the same time. Excellent way to spend 40 minutes!

Excellent class. I have IBS and digestive problems, and continually find myself going back to this video to work out the knots and tight spots. Also, the rolled towel massage is one of the best techniques I've learned. Jo is great.

What a great class! Jo is all of the things that I like in a yoga teacher. She keeps it real while connecting you to your body.
