Core and Courage

Available worldwide

In this workshop with Kerri Kelly, we will cultivate the strength, will and integrity required to take flight in arm balances and inversions. Through a dynamic sequence, we’ll play and explore our edge - the limitations/fears that hold us back and the opportunities/strength that gives us hope. It will be a practice of courage and compassion that will elevate our experience as yogis and individuals.

erri; your introduction was a very timely message for me this morning & an affirmation of what Spirit has been saying to me this year, Thanks to you both ;)

This was a GREAT class! The beginning was a bit irritating with the teacher saying "Ummm" every 10 seconds, & the end discussion, she lost me. Overall, the class rocked.

I just wanted to say I really appreciate you authenticity, sometimes I find myself wondering how "real" this yoga world is with all the catch phrases and love and light with no recognition of shadow. I felt very much at home hearing you speak from your heart about your experiences and how this relates to yoga, it brings the teachings alive instead of just repeating someone elses words. Maybe a bit longer gor savasana to integrate it all but anyway the class was really a breath of fresh air, thank you.

I can see why Kerri has designated this "All Levels," as it's a workshop that seeks to build a foundational toolbox for more advanced poses. However, to have the strength and stamina to get through this entire video without a lot of modifications or breaks, I would say you should be at an intermediate level, especially as a lot of the tougher poses are held for a long time. That said, I agree with the other comments--a well-balanced practice with really useful instructions, and unusually for yoga, some killer core exercises!

Man! This was a serious core sequence. If I had tried this a year ago, I think I would have been totally overwhelmed, but it was a doable challange for me now. Overall, this is a very challenging class--also on the thighs. Pretty slow paced but fulfilling. Thanks!
