This is a fantastic class, the first time I've got both my feet off the ground in side crow and been able to hold them there. Thank you for such good instruction.

for some reason I was intimidated by the thought of this practice but it was definitely something I could do and I'm glad I tried it. theres good instruction if you haven't done the arm balances before...crow, side crow, and flying pigeon

I did enjoy the practice and it elevated my heart rate- which was surprising for being such a short practice. The side crow instructions were good and I like the way of transitioning into it from chair. Namaste~

Side crane has been so hard for me and I have never been able to get both my feet off the floor before. Thanks for the hint/helper placement! I lifted right off!

Arm balances are not my strength, but your explanations on getting into them really helped! It happened for a few seconds there - stoked to keep on trying them now. Namaste.
