@minella Thank you for your feedback! Let me know if you have a request for a particular type of pilates or yoga or dance video. I’m filming more videos with MYO soon & would love to hear what you want more of!

Great class! Loved it!

Just what the doctor ordered... I awoke with stiff neck (another reminder to get a new bed, I presume). Rachel's practice restored me with greater flexibility and comfort. Nice short class.

Is there a reason why there is no audio between 23:24 to 24:21? I thought it was just my computer and restarted my laptop but still nothing.

I love this video. Should it be tagged "Abdominals"? I notice a few others are but this isnt, it might not get noticed so well.

Engaging, fluid, pleasant and a really nice core workout. Very enjoyable

abigail.pao, posted on August 1, 2012

really hard to follow, instructions did not follow the movements. Either audio was too slow to follow the movements or too fast.

I enjoyed this video. Short and Sweet, meaning she hit my core beautifully - nice flow. Some audio issues but I followed along visual no problem for me. I feel relaxed . An active rest day.

I love this video, I've been using it twice a week now for a while and I'm really happy with the results. I've never enjoyed repetitive crunches etc., this routine is much more fun. Also the neck and lower-back are well looked after, I'm actually feeling more relaxed in neck shoulders and back after my ab workout. I strongly recommend this one!

Really like this class, however there is some missing commentry between 23.28 to 24.22. There is music but no instruction!

Solid, fast-paced class. A nice quick workout.

aliwaves, posted on September 22, 2011

Perfect, time flew by while working on my abs. I thought this would be choppy with instructions, instead it was a wonderful flow.

BeBalanced, posted on September 22, 2011

The routine flowed very well. I will share many of these moves with my classes. Thank you Rachel

jenhammy, posted on September 21, 2011

how come the commentary cuts out completely at 23 minutes or so and then comes back at 24:21....annoying

Anygirl99, posted on September 13, 2011

Coming back to exercise and yoga after an, ahem, long absence was a bit daunting, but this workout was perfect. I was able follow all of the movements (with some needed pauses!) and found noticeable improvement in my core strength during just the first three weeks. What's best is that I haven't grown tired of Rachel's practice as every time I watch the video I discover something new I hadn't quite grasped before. Great fluid rhythm to the movements & just the perfect length for a quick practice after work.

Thanks. I feel great!

nice core workout. the sound drops out in the last 1-2 minutes.

LisaRhea, posted on August 26, 2011

I enjoyed this video, but I felt that it moved too quickly. I was just getting into the rhythm of the movements when it would switch. I would suggest lengthening the duration of each movement. This would maximize the movements, providing a better overall workout.

cmartinez1584, posted on August 24, 2011

The fact that I could see her rear end a few times made me uncomfortable. Good core work though.

rbetha, posted on August 24, 2011

I could see this being a very enjoyable workout once I get stronger. I haven't been working my abs as much as I used to so I have some working up to do. What I like best about this one is the fluid motion and low reps as it says in the description so I don't get too tired of doing one thing. Also, its the perfect length when fitting in a half hour workout. Thank you Rachel!
