I was happily surprised with this short practice in that it got my pulse going and was very enjoyable to do.
I would use it when really pressed for time; or, as a starting off point for my own vinyasa or Yin practice.

I appreciated Kevin's willingness to say how he was feeling as he practiced. It was a comfort to hear a top athlete enjoying the same moves that I enjoy. The music was a little annoying, but different people have different preferences.

Just what I needed today! Getting into yoga again and the calming deep stress was great to bring energy into my body.
