love your classes Troy...I have been practicing with you for a while and always find it engaging, powerful and loving. Thank you!

Very grateful to have found Troy's classes. I live in an area where "surface" practice is the majority of offerings so I am so glad to be able to drop in and get deeper with Troy's videos and teachings. Perfect balance of breath, mind and body as always.

I have practiced with you for a couple of years and you have helped me take my practice to a spiritual level more than a physical level. Namaste

I loved the class and the music. Could you tell me some of the song or artist names?

I loved the sound of the ocean in the background, sending her own reminder to breathe, too!

I appreciate the opportunity to engage in another video instruction from Troy, the reminders to breathe in the pose are timed perfectly, as I have a tendency to hold my breath too often when in a longer or more challenging pose. I feel awake and ready to face the day, more aligned, more focused and with a great attitude! One note, I'd love to see more smiles from the team - it is always nice to see a smiling face now and then, lightens the face and portrays across the screen nicely!

Thank you for a lovely, deep class.

BTW, in the book Love 2.0 by Barbara Fredrickson, she talks about the value of micro-connections. If we pay attention to all the mini moments of connection throughout our day we can feel the greater connections that guard against loneliness and illness.

I really like your dialog about how we can migrate toward surface practice and surface living if we're not mindful of our thoughts and actions.
Crazy good practice.

The long holds made this a challenging practice, physically and mentally. It made me think of a quote from B.K.S. Iyengar about how the pose doesn't truly begin until you want to leave it. Thank you Troy. Namaste.

NicoleUrdang, posted on July 3, 2016

Thank you for reminding me about that Iyengar quote. It helps me savor those moments when I want to escape but recognize the beauty of staying in the moment, especially when it's challenging. I can meet my internal impatience and low frustration tolerance with more acceptance and perseverence.

Troy, thank you for the reminder again of being present in our practice. I always challenge myself in your practices I believe due to the mindfulness and relationship body-breath. Thank you and peace to you!
