Really enjoy this routine. I have a recent wrist injury and neck problems. This really helps to get the knots out of my shoulders and neck and I'm hoping it will help my wrist too.

I love this stretching routine! It really works to get the kinks out of my neck, shoulder and back! I work a very long shift that by the end of the day, I am so stiff. This routine restores me back to health and peace. The relief is wonderful!

What an amazing, quick routine. After sitting at a desk all morning, it feels good to move and stretch. Did this on my lunch break. Easy routine to do and great launch into the rest of the work day.

Love Rodney Yee's videos, this one is ideal to sneak in during the afternoon, close my office door and 15 minutes later I'm refreshed and ready to get back to work

These quick routines reverse some distressing symptoms I get from desk and computer work. So focused on what ails me. I run through the routines at the end of my work day before I log off. Thanks for making the desktop yoga video available.

Thanks for sharing the tip about doing the exercises at the end of the day. I will try it. It's also a way to place a period at the end of the workday and move on to other things in life.

I've been doing this routine for about a week because I have a great deal of tension in my back, neck, arms and hands from working lots of extra hours. It really helps a great deal. I did not realize how much tension was in my hands.

Great way just to get some quick relaxation, too.

I absolutely LOVE Gaiam TV! I now have NO excuse not to practice Yoga EVERYDAY! I can practice at home using the GaiamTV channel on my Roku and at work from the web! This is fabulous! Definitely worth every penny! Just did the first 3 minutes of this video and I feel SO refreshed! I will be doing this everyday!

Today was my first time trying it and my back, wrist and arms feel amazing with the stretches. I was able to do it at my desk. I don't have a private office and it worked out just fine. Thank you so much this video!!!

I love, love, love this website. Worth every penny. Of course, I am only on my free trial but I will absolutely sign up! I have practice yoga with Rodney's videos for many years but it is fantastic to just go to the computer or ipad both of which are mostly always on and just start doing yoga. No need to put in a dvd. Sweet.

Just tried this for the first time today. I was looking for a a relatively short way to deal with the stress of sitting at a computer for 8-12 hours per day. This was absolutely wonderful! My productivity tend to slide as the day goes on due to neck and back tension. I just finished, and I felt like I had just sat down for the morning. And it was not too distracting to those who might be sitting nearby if you don't have an office.

My neck, shoulders, and back thank you!

Not only is this good for relaxing and releasing tension particularly in your back and shoulders, but it's good for its general calming effect. One thing that's very nice is that this video is broken into segments about four minutes long, so there's no need to do the full 15 minutes if you don't have the time.

I very much like Rodney as an instructor. He describes movements clearly and calmly, does not rush, and makes it possible to follow without forcing me to constantly look at the TV.

This is great after a long day at the computer. It's amazing how much stress and tension you accumulate just by sitting at your computer. Rodney always gives a good workout and this is no exception. Fantastic

I work long hours at a desk everyday and my body feels like a slug sitting so long. Even though I do stretch out periodically, this shows some different poises I can use that helps the hips, hands, arms, neck and shoulders.

A great way to take a quick break to stretch and release tension at your desk. You can really take a few minutes of the practice, or the whole 15 minutes. Recommended!
