I was surprised I was able to do the squats for most of this practice, even more impressed I could move from plank to squats but I could feel the burn!! I haven't been able to do those before and keep up so I'm happy about that. Yay! Wasn't able to do crow pose, but working my way back to it. Great powerful practice, I felt so relaxed in savasana. Love me some Kundalini and was glad I could keep up. Adding to the playlist. Thanks Cameron!!

Interesting practice. Almost made crow pose this time.... which I attribute to being in a squat for most of this session. Good way to feel grounded this morning.
